She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bartels and Minnie Mungle Bartels; and her grandson Michael Evans Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Steven Evans of Indianapolis and Michael Evans (Shelly) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; her brothers, Earl Bartels of Cape Girardeau, Ray Underwood of Perryville and Lee Underwood (Sharon) of Sercey, Arkansas; her sister-in-law Pam Underwood of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; her sister Wanda Leimer (Lee) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; her grandchildren, Valerie Evans, Stephen Huff, Justin Evans, Jami Patterson, Ariese Patterson and Kenneth Cornwell; her great grandchildren, Drew Russell, Shantanna Russell, Amberlynn Russell, Deanika Russell, Jordan Fiore-Mitchell and Zachary Fiore-Mitchell; and her great great grandchildren, Kaiden Fiore-Mitchell, Blake Magg and Trace Russell.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel (1001 N Mt Auburn Rd, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
