He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Rice and Joan Rice (Weaver); and his stepdaughter Sarah Arnett. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Rice; his children, Christopher Rice (Roni), Emily Dallas (Jonathan) and Nick Rice (Tracy); his grandchildren, Cassidylyn (Brandon), James and Thomas; his great grandchildren, Paxton, Brodey and Bailey; his stepchildren, Rebekah Moxey and Billy Patterson (Jamie); and his stepgrandchildren, Alyssa, Michael, Madelyn, Mason, McKayla and William.
