He is survived by: his wife Debra Haggard; his children, Staci Haggard (Les) of Cape Fair, MO, Wendy Haggard-Bellomy (Guy) of Lamar and Jeffrey Haggard; his grandchildren, Jarred Bush, Cortney Bellomy and Cole Bellomy; his siblings, Beverly Haggard, Michell Munoz (Will) and John Haggard (Beatrice); his mother Larreen Haggard; and his uncle Vernon Carter (Patsy) of Lamar.
