He is survived by: his former wife Gale Crouch of Eagle Rock, MO; his daughters, Sheila Mulford (Jack) of Cassville, MO, Angie Wilson (John) of Cassville, MO, Carla Costlow of Cassville, MO and Victoria Urbina; his brothers, Wayne Costlow of Branson, MO and Clifford Costlow (Kathy) of Wheelerville, MO; his grandchildren, Billy Mulford, Seth Mulford, Nicholas Cox, Garrett Cox, Emilly Costlow, Antonio Urbina and Aleyah Urbina; and his great grandchild Charlotte Mulford. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
