He was predeceased by: his son Cory Shane Ray; his father James Edward Ray; and his brother Johnny Ricco. He is survived by: his mother Velma Louise Ray (Turner) of Springfield; his fiancée Carol A. Burgess; his children, Alisia Renea Cox, Dexter Kane Ray of Springfield and Spencer Ray of Springfield; and his siblings, Sandy of Springfield, Tina of Springfield and Ricky of Springfield. He is also survived by three beautiful granddaughters; two proud grandsons and a precious great grandson.
