She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wallace and Jean Gill (Roundtree); her husband Willoughby; her daughter Janet Petlitzer; and her sister Lola Shipman.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Lippold (Dean) of Galena, MO and Steve Willoughby (Derinda) of Walnut Shade, MO; and her brothers, Sam Gill of Long Island, NY and Vernon Burkholder of Diboll, TX. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
