He was predeceased by: his parents, Warner Smith and Angel Sweet Smith; his former wife Donna Smith; his wife Patricia Smith; his daughter Brenda Curnutte; and his brothers, Dale Smith and Keith Smith.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Smith of Norman and Steve Smith of Canton; his granddaughter Cheyenne Skye Curnutte of Canton; and his son-in-law Tony Curnutte of Canton.
