He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Oliver Murphy and Erma Lucille Rice Murphy; and his daughter Kyra. He is survived by: his former wife Norma Jean Cochran; his wife Karen Murphy of Canton, Missouri; his siblings, Mike Murphy (Alyce) of Revere, MO and Martha Cook of Houma, Louisiana; his children, Kelly Williams (Dean) of Mt. Pleasant, Dr. Karen Carew (Joe) of Mt. Pleasant, Melia Markley of Bloomfield, Rebecca Putt (Richard) of Canton, MO, Scott Murphy (Regina) of La Grange, MO and Sean McEndree Sr. (Diane) of Salado, Texas; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Williams of Atlanta, Katlyn Overturf (Nate) of Ottumwa, Brett Williams (Megan) of Chapin, Andrea Williams of Mt. Pleasant, Jessica Huggins of Bloomfield, Zack Markley of Bloomfield, Nate Murphy of Austin, Grace Carew of West Columbia, Robyn McEndree, Michael Putt of Canton, MO and Sean McEndree, Jr. of Salado; and also Phil Darnell. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.

Pat was a man who could not sit still and do nothing, until Covid-19 hit us last year.

The family suggests memorials be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association.
