We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Nina P. Porter of Canton, Missouri, born in Lewistown, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nolan Stewart and Leona Bringer Stewart; her husband Eugene Porter; her daughter Sheila Widel; her son-in-law John Lewis; her sisters, Leta McDermott and Shirley Jarvis; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Porter, Helen Dochterman and Marvin Porter.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Grewach (Ed) of Troy, Tammy Lewis of Troy, Cindy Hoewing (Mark) of Canton and Chad Porter (Jennifer) of Canton; her son-in-law Jim Widel (Tina) of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Alex Grewach (Katie), Hannah Grewach (Nick), Kirsten Lewis, Kaitlyn Moody (AJ), Brock Lewis, Brandon Lewis, Jessica Cardwell (Hunter), Courtney Brenneman (Adam), Bailey Hoewing, Cole Hoewing, Brady Hoewing, Tristan Porter and Zoe Porter; her sisters, Hazel McDermott of Monticello, Ruth Willis (Harold) of Quincy and Doris Rayl (Ron) of Granite City; and her siblings-in-law, Annabel Stone of Albuquerque, NM, Bennie Jarvis of Canton and Richard Porter (Janet) of Lewistown. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
The family requests that everyone attending services please wear a mask and follow social distance guidelines.
