He is survived by: his parents, Leslie Liby and Juanita Liby (Wolfmeyer); his wife Julia Howard; his son Garrett Liby (Jessey Steeples) of Quincy Il; and his grandsons, Jensen and Emery Weise of Quincy Il. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Memorials may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church or to the family to help with final expenses.
