She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Lay and Nellie Downs Lay; her husband Charles W. "Chuck" Webster; and her siblings, Wilma Harris, Bennie and Richard "Skip" Lay.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Webster (Paula) of Quincy and Sean Webster (Stacey) of Palmyra; her grandchildren, Nicholas Webster (Sarah Rogerson) of Quincy, Victoria Webster of Macomb and Jacob Webster of Palmyra; her great grandchild Sage Webster; her siblings, Joan Spurgeon of Canton, Ronnie Lay of Lewistown, Larry Lay (Cheryl) of Plainville and Terry Lay (Diane) of Lewistown; and her sisters-in-law, Norma Lay of Lewistown and Linda Lay of Lewistown. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Arnold's Funeral Home (1100 White St, Canton, MO 63435). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Providence Baptist Church.
