She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Armentrout and Myrtle A. Eddington Armentrout; her sisters, Lavonne Clayton (Dale) and Imogene Durbin (Bob); her sister-in-law Nancy Casebier; her brother Sam Casebier (Mary Lou); and her nephew Chuck Casebier.
She is survived by: her former husband Ben Casebier Jr.; her husband Muryl Haines of Canton; and her brother-in-law Sid Casebier. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association or to Immanuel United Methodist Church in care of Davis Funeral Home, Canton, MO.
