He is survived by: his parents, Jim Evans and Cheryl Evans of Canton, Missouri.; his spouse Miss Erin Baker; his siblings, Jennifer Evans of Chicago, Illinois and Ben Evans of Urbana, Illinois; and his grandmother Jodie Evans of Monroe City, Missouri..
