He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett L. Boulware and Etta F. Boulware of Canton, MO.; his parents-in-law, Leo and Dorothy Uhlmeyer; and his sister-in-law Arlene Uhlmeyer.
He is survived by: his wife Delores J. Uhlmeyer; his children, Daryl Boulware (Penny) of Canton, MO and Cheryl Findley (Chris) of Canton, MO; his grandchildren, Ethen Baker of St. Louis, MO, Shelbie Baker of St. Louis, MO, Haley Boulware of Springfield, IL and Aubry Boulware of Columbia, MO; his sister Karen Ellison of Canton; and his brother-in-law Gale Uhlmeyer (Judy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Cancer Society.
