He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Fish and Alice Guilfoil Fish. He is survived by: his wife Mary F. Berhorst of Ewing; his sons, Timothy J. Fish (Breyn) of Waxhaw, N. C. and Dustin Fish of Ewing; his grandson Nathan Fish of Waxhaw, N. C.; his aunt Francis Guilfoyle of Chicago, IL; and his cousins, Mark Guilfoyle and Ruth Perkins.
The family suggests memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association.
