He was predeceased by: his parents, Farold Brooks and Leta Brooks (Fowler) of Alexandria, MO.; his son Bruce Brooks; and his sisters, Marilyn Brammer and Carolyn Horning.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Brooks (Elder); and his stepchildren, Brian Brooks of Bedford, IN, Robert Brooks (Mary) of Alexandria, MO, Suzi Brooks-White (JR) of Revere, MO, Quentin Brooks of Jackson, CA and Missy Brooks of Canton, MO.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
