She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh McMahon and Catherine McMahon (Galvin); and her brother Brian McMahon. She is survived by: her children, Kaitlyn Polak and Richard 'Richie Polak; her siblings, Amy Greene (Daniel) and Kevin McMahon (Monica); and her nephews, Nolan, Garrett and Liam.
