He was predeceased by: his brothers, David Rogan, Rudolph and Nipthaniel. He is survived by: his sister Gertrude Norwood; his wife Nadine Rogan (Williams); his children, Donald R. Rogan Jr. (Debra), Costa Rica, Michael A. Rogan of Salina, KS, Gregory A. Rogan of Salina, KS and Di'Ane C. Sanders of Salina, KS; his grandchildren, Donald R. Rogan III of Salina, KS, Michelle Rogan of Salina, KS, Braxton Rogan of Oklahoma City, OK and Alexandre Rogan; his great grandchildren, Ti'Andre, Ti'Ara, Carnieca, Andrew, Denzel, Pierre, Elspeth and Eros; and his great great grandchild Preston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers in law and sisters in law.
