He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Danforth and Velma Mae Coons Danforth; his brother Ronald Boecker; his brothers-in-law, David Lillard and Bob Lasswell; his sister Ellen; and his brother-in-law Marvin Yancey.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Danforth of Maywood; his children, Darcy Buckwalter (Craig) of Canton, Derek Danforth of Lewistown, Katie Danforth of Warrensburg and Kellie Danforth of Maywood; his grandchildren, Lexi Danforth, Kaylin Buckwalter, Dylan Danforth, Bradlee Danforth, Nora Buckwalter and Boyd Buckwalter; and his siblings, Joyce Lasswell of Salem, Janet Lillard of Sedalia, David Derhake (Nancy) of Naperville, Dan Derhake (Vickie) of Quincy, John Derhake (Jane) of Quincy and Jerry Derhake (Twila) of Quincy. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
