David Arthur Howard Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern Howard and Arthur Howard; his former wife Donna Fern Junk; his wife Mary Smoot of Virginia; his son Rick Howard; his sons-in-law, Tiger Morlang and Mark Liby; his sister Arthurlene Howard; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Higbee and Ron Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Rose Orr (Rick) of Lewistown, John Howard of Canton, Arthur Howard (Jeri) of Canton, Fred Howard of Canton, Julie Liby, Mary Foster (Bill) of Clayton and Julia Liby (Sean Himes) of Canton; his daughter-in-law Debra Howard of Winchester; his grandchildren, Suzanne DeShaies, Jennifer Jeffers, Shain, Shannon Morlang, James, Jared, Joe Howard, Garrett Liby, David Tucker and Eric Foster; and his sisters, Edith Johnson of Revere and Dorothy Higbee of Canton. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
