She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Bishop and Nancy Lyttaker Bishop; her daughter Elizabeth "Sally" Shepherd; and her brother William Bowen. She is survived by: her spouses, Paul Shelton and George W. Black; her stepdaughters, Tina Sheeley (Patrick) of Keokuk, IA and Georgia Whittaker of Hannibal, MO; and her sisters, Hazel Randall, Helen Joy Kemper and Jackie Kuda. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.
