She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisha Ferdinand and Virginia Lucille Fishback (Gruber); her husband Julian Ballard Willis; and her grandson John Wottman. She is survived by: her children, Mary Virginia Stice (Dale) and Julian Dennis Willis (Diane); her sister Rebecca Ann George; and her grandchildren, Bethany Callison (Cal), Nathan Stice (Kara), Jared Stice, Tami Friedhoff (John Jr.), Cindy Wietholder (Jon), Paul Blanton (Angie) and Denise Spears (Steven). She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
