We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2024, at the age of 78, Barbara Jane Janes of Canton, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Butler and Maurine Jenkins Butler; and her brothers, Donnie, Leon, Gary and Jim Butler.
She is survived by: her sister Marilyn Shaffer of Quincy; her children, Larry Janes (Billie) of Ewing, Johnny Janes (Betsy) of Lewistown and Kimberly Smith of Kahoka; her grandchildren, Ashley Hummel (Josh) of Quincy, Cole Janes of Princeton, Stephanie Dolan of Kansas City, Dusty Janes of Quincy, Cody Janes of Ewing, Jessie Oenning of St. Louis, Alex Oenning of Quincy, Samantha Janes of Lewistown and Logan Smith of Kahoka; and her great grandchildren, Riley Welch, Adalynn May, Zoey Hummel and Wyatt Oenning. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
