He is survived by: his parent Gladys Irene Biggs (Pike); his spouse Linda Grogan; his children, William Randy Biggs, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Campbell and Lisa Clark (Joey) of Holcomb; and his grandchildren, Corbin Clark, Logan Belcher, McKenzie Chambliss, Cameron Clark, William Biggs III, Gavin Biggs, Seth Bolin and Chole Biggs.
