She is survived by: her husband David Howard Green; her son Chuck Belcher of Kentucky; her stepsons, David Green (Joy) of Dexter and Darick Green (Amanda) of Bloomfield; her daughter Sonya Willis (Bill) of Campbell; her stepdaughter Rebecca Bailey of Pocahontas, Arkansas; and her brother Dale Volz of Farmington. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
