It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Lavell (Campbell, Missouri), born in Bragg City, Missouri, who passed away on September 4, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Monroe and Lula Mae Polsgrove Smith; his son Darren Ray Smith; and his siblings, Felix Smith and Brenda Goldsmith.
He is survived by: his spouse Gloria Daniels; his daughters, Ko Smith of West Plains, Julia Cocklin (Michael) of Campbell, Rena Robinson (Art) of Anniston and Heather Duke (Glenn) of West Plains; his grandchildren, Jessica Counts, Wendy Counts, Casey Tatum, Scotlynn Robinson, Hayley Lafferty (Dustin), Zach Robinson, Cassey Turner (Ethan), Kyle Duke and Jarred Duke; his great grandchildren, Millie Turner, Kinzlee Duke and Theo Turner; and his siblings, Savannah Gaskin of Van Buren and James Smith of Anniston.
