She was predeceased by: her parents, Olan Boyd and Ruby Mae Ogden Pleasant; her granddaughter Teresa Long; and her brother Alfred G. Pleasant. She is survived by: her spouse Billy Kay Bledsoe; her children, Sharon Kay LaRue (Donald) of Joplin, Susan Annette McAurther of Swifton, Arkansas and David Gordon Bledsoe of Campbell; and her sister Nelda Kirkwood of Campbell. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren.
