She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Payne and Pauline Payne. She is survived by: her spouse Laverne Ligons; her sons, Raymond West of Gulf Shores, AL and Robert West of Qulin, MO; and her siblings, Barbara Head of Poplar Bluff, Wilma Berger of Qulin, William Payne of Collinwood, TN and Lloyd Payne of Qulin. She is also survived by four grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
