He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Louis and Bertie Delphie DePriest Cecil; his daughter Rhonda Kay Cecil; and his siblings, Bernice Cecil, Marie Cecil, Billie Dove Cecil, Annie Mae Cecil, John Claude Flowers, Lawrence Flowers, Jimmie Cecil and Jessie Cecil.
He is survived by: his children, Allen Cecil of Ocoee, Karen Frederick (Timmy) of Campbell, Donna Martin (Mike) of Campbell, Jimmie Cecil (Holly) of Toney, Paula Kerry (Dan) of Carriere and Anita Kingree (Daniel) of Poplar Bluff; and his brothers, Freddie Cecil of Broseley and Dean Cecil (Brenda) of Campbell. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
