She was predeceased by: her parents, Ambress Thrasher and Myra Duncan Thrasher; and her siblings, Donald Thrasher and Kathy Thrasher. She is survived by: her spouse Printis Cartee; her children, Rhonda Mozingo (Jeff) of St. Louis, Sharon Rottler (Paul) of St. Louis, Terri Henderson, Jack Cartee (Lisa) of Jefferson City and DeWayne Cartee (Michelle) of Jefferson City; and her sisters, Joyce Todd of Campbell and Glenda Spicer (Howard) of Piggott, Arkansas.. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and friends.
