He is survived by: his children, Sharon Ellington (James) of Poplar Bluff, Mary Asher (Floyd) of Neelyville, Fletcher Whittaker of Campbell and Robert Whittaker of Potosi, Missouri.; and his brother Mike Gore of Arnold.
