She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Glodean Stevens Smothers; her husband Rick Abernathy; her daughters, Amanda Langley (Nathan) of Campbell and Sara Moon (Jeremy) of Campbell; her grandchildren, Jaxson of Campbell, Madalynn Langley of Campbell, Briar of Campbell and Abel Moon of Campbell; her sister Ginger Mauldin (David) of Jefferson City, MO; her siblings-in-law, Larry Abernathy (Susie) of Campbell and Debbie Fieser of Campbell; her son Jeffery Abernathy; her siblings, Donald Smothers and Janet Smothers; her siblings-in-law, Tom Fieser and Jannen Gibson; and her parents-in-law, Gene "Scab" and Muriel Abernathy. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
