He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Michael Forbes, Sr.; his stepfather Dallas Fry; his grandparents, Sidney Robert Moore and Ella Marie Moore; and his aunts and uncles, LaDonna Burndt, Yvonne Goldsmith, Jeanne Choate, Betty Moore, Robert Moore, Harold Moore and Bud Moore.
He is survived by: his mother Sharon Kay Moore Fry of Campbell; his sons, Jamie Baggett of Campbell, Dillion Ryan Rice of Campbell and Zachary Bryan Schlautman of Hot Springs, Arkansas; his granddaughters, Madelyn Renee, Vivian Blake and Evie Lyn; his child McKayla Renee; his grandchildren, Riley Connell, Ka-Leah Burnham and Heaven Berry; his siblings, Dawn Marie, Darlena Faye Biby (Dennis) of Hornersville, Diana Kaye Moore (Thomas) of Paragould, Joseph Forbes and Mike Forbes; his uncle Garry Moore (Becky); and his fiancée Chrystal Collins.
