He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Holtzhouser (Michele) of Cape and David Holtzhouser of St. Louis; his grandchildren, Taylor Ritter (Graham) of Cape and Emily Sechrest of Cape; and his great grandchildren, August and Laurel Ritter.
