He is survived by: his former wife Thelma Maxine Hager; his wife Thelma "Maxine" Midkiff of Campbell; his son David O. Midkiff of Florida; his stepdaughters, Darlene Simms (Jackie) of Water Valley, MS, Brenda Anglese (Danny) of Mulkeytown, IL, Dianah Stirnaman of Kennett, MO and Tonya Burress (Wayne) of Piedmont, MO; and his sister Shirley Dewese of Gideon, MO. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and of host of other relatives and friends.
