He is survived by: his wife Melanie Jackson; his children, Brittany Ralph of Paragould, Hanna Long of Eufaula, D'Anne Sloan (Tristin) of Poplar Bluff, Dezi Rogers (Austin) of Dexter, Celeste Angelique of Oklahoma, Morgan Long of DeSoto, Justine Long of DeSoto, Josie Gibson of Piggott, David Long, Jr. of Eufaula and Jacob Long of Desoto; and his siblings, Amy Higgins (Richie) of Piggott, Brenda Akridge (Clinton) of Campbell, Dawn Johnson (Richard) of Pollard, Elaine Roberts (Tyler) of Kennett, Daniel Long of Campbell, Scotty Long (Tina) of Hot Springs and John Dickens of Campbell. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
