She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ephriam and Opal Verdere Gidcumb Ellsworth; her husband Donald Gene Akridge; and her siblings, Clara Mae Little, Evelyn Ellsworth, James Ellsworth, George Ellsworth, Buford Ellsworth, Morris Ellsworth and Robert Lee Ellsworth.
She is survived by: her close friend Jimmie Brown; her stepdaughters, Misty Haynes of Marietta, Georgia and Shannon Meador of Tyler, Texas; her pets, Lucy and Lacy; her brother Edmond Ellsworth of Cape Girardeau; and her nieces, Elana Ison (Robert) of Malden, Elizabeth Ellsworth of Dexter and Tammy Garrison (Lee) of Malden.
