He is survived by: his wife Roberta Jean Miller; his children, Angela Skaggs Venters of Campbell, Billy W. Skaggs of Campbell, Regina Burkman (Rick) of Bragg City and James Miller of Bragg City; his grandchildren, Amber Mills, Heather Thorn, Corey Skaggs, Shelby Miller and Kaitlyn Kennedy; and his siblings, Larry Skaggs, Jack Skaggs, Jim Skaggs, Johnny Skaggs, Kathy Samples, Barbara Phillips, Diane Staples, Rick Skaggs, Ronnie Skaggs, Steve Skaggs and Stacy Skaggs. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
