He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Elliott and Maud Elliott (Hartford); his son Mitchell Elliott; his brothers, Floyd C. Elliott and Buford Elliott; and his half-siblings, Claude Elliott and Lulu Hutton (Elliott).
He is survived by: his wife Doris Moore; his son Lynn (Peggy); his granddaughter Jessica L. Elliott; his daughter-in-law Dorothy Elliott (Sanborn) of Kansas City, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Howard G. Moore and LaVerla Elliott (Stade) of Ione, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
