He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Turner; and his son-in-law Frank L. Uthe. He is survived by: his wife Delores Collins; his children, Russell Turner (Mandi) of Cameron, Missouri and Lora Utt (Jerald) of Cameron, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Blake Uthe (Alex), Chad Utt (Kaitlyn), Garrett Utt (Aaron), Elliot Turner (Claudia) and Annabelle Turner. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
