He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Provin and Eva Provin (Shaw); his daughter Nichole Provin; his wife Martha Provin; and his siblings, Ray, Herman, Wilbur, Walter Provin and Frances Flint.
He is survived by: his children, Herman Provin (Dawn) of Platte City, MO, Ronica Brown (Tim), Aaron Provin (Angela) of Cameron, MO and Daron Provin (Lori) of Lathrop, MO. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Roberson Funeral Home - Bethany (1107 S 25th St, Bethany, MO 64424). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at the Yankee Ridge Cemetery.
