He was predeceased by: his father Earlin Fenn; his stepmother Lila Fenn; his mother Lorraine Jones (Susie); and his stepfather Ben Jones. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Turner; his daughters, Becky Estep, Kim Vento (Steve Thesenvitz) and Cindy Anderson (Adam); his grandchildren, Amanda Killen (Matthew), Tyler Anderson, Mariah Anderson, Blake Anderson and Jordan Green (Pepper); his great grandchildren, Oliver and Honey; and his siblings, Steve Jones (Pam), Murray Fenn (Heather) and Marjean Ollendick (Mark). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to The Roger E. Fenn Memorial Scholarship Fund.
