She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Provin and Ivel Provin (Lobba); her sister Rita; and her husband Marvin Garrett. She is survived by: her close friend Ward Young; her children, Rhonda J Ackley (Kenny), Randy Garrett (Jerri Ann), Brooklyn and Michael Garrett (Gretchen) of Weippe, ID; her grandchildren, Kristen Foster (Tom), Rachel Hall (Jordan), Gavin Garrett, Emily Garrett (Antonio Neves), Jacob Garrett (Karlie Miller) and Samantha Collinsworth (Jake); her great grandchildren, Boone Foster, Jace Hall, Jackson Hall, Bobbie Collinsworth, Morgan Collinsworth and Bailey Colllinsworth; her sister Linda Purdun (Bryce); and her brother-in-law Max Garrett (Diane).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Missouri Native Plant Society in care of the funeral home.
