He is survived by: his mother Jennifer Kimmel (Shaul); his wife Tabitha Simpson; his daughter Eliza Dawn Macrander; his stepchildren, Emma Bridger and Mia Bridger; his grandmother Ann Shaul; his siblings, Jeffery Kimmel of Cameron, Missouri, Julie Kimmel of Cameron, Missouri and John Kimmel of Cameron, Missouri; and his parents-in-law, Debra Crafton and William Osborn.
