He was predeceased by: his father Ross Cooper; and his stepfather Bobby Crews. He is survived by: his children, Janelle Martin (Dan) of Hamilton, MO, Jeffery Jr. McElroy (Katherine) and James McElroy of Kansas City, MO.; his mother Carol Buntin Crews; and his brothers, Timothy McElroy (Jetta) of Cameron and John Crews (Susan) of Cameron. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
