Francis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his former wife Peggy; his wife Dorothy; his siblings, Leo Hibler, Bobby Hibler and Velma Scott; his grandson Brandon Hibler; and his great great grandchild Wyatt Estes.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy (Sherry Hibler), Flint (Mary Hibler) and Rex (Janet Hibler); his grandchildren, Heath, Heather Pease, Kali Marcott, Michael, Matthew, Dustin, Austin and Taylor Hibler; his sisters, Margaret Gates of Chillicothe, MO, Violet "Porky" Williams of Independence, MO and Shirley Anderson of Chillicothe, MO; and his stepchildren, Jim and Sheila. He is also survived by his family and friends.
