He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clark and Anna Clark (Hatcher); his wife Donna; and his sisters, Shirley Merrigan and Catherine Morgan.
He is survived by: his sons, Ron Clark (Kim) of Cameron, Missouri and Dennis Clark (Kendra) of Cameron, Missouri; his sister Ginger Elmore; his friend Pat Masters; and his grandchildren, Amber, Lacey, Christina, Dusty, Tracy, Wendy and Randy. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
Memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association.
