He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Eldon and Gladys Ilene Neill (Pash); and his sister Annette Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Melanie Gunter; his children, Eddie, Shelly and Kelly; and his brothers, Steve and Richard Neill.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p. m. Thursday, September 17 at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO where social distancing will be observed and masks are recommended.
