He was predeceased by: his mothers, Carol Miller and Letha Miller (Scott); his son Willy James; and his brothers, Larry Miller and Richard Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Carlotta Miller (Terry); his children, Joseph James (Carrie) of Excelsior Springs, MO, Athene Miller of Cameron, MO and Christina Miller (Crystal); and his grandchildren, Christopher Kellington, Sydney, Courtney James, Mason, Aiden James, Allan Stone, Maya Brown and Ceseal Paxton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
