He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dixie Middaugh and William Cook; his adoptive father Robert O'Dell; his children, Shannon and Katie; his significant other Sally Forness (Lenz); his significant other's children, Thomas and Jax Forness; his son Casey O'Dell (Mikaela Jennings); his siblings, Darryl Thompson (Kristi), Kevin O, Bobbi Fryar (Steve) and Brandi Perkins; and his grandchildren, Remington, Dawson, Jadon, Jerzey, Jourdyn, Jace and Haisley.
